2. No Cancellation After Purchase

  • Once a payment has been made and book access has been granted, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Users are advised to read the book details, access duration, and price carefully before completing the payment.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are generally not applicable, except in the following rare cases:

  1. Technical Error:
    If payment was deducted but access to the book was not provided due to a system issue.

  2. Duplicate Payment:
    If you accidentally made the same payment more than once for the same book.

In such cases, you can contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with valid proof (payment receipt or transaction ID).

5. No Refund in These Cases

Refund will not be issued if:

  • You were unable to finish reading within the access period.

  • Your internet or device issue prevented you from accessing the website.

  • You violated our Terms & Conditions or shared your account.
